Frequently Asked Questions

Our packages include pizza, beverages and playtime unless otherwise specified within package listing.

 You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake/cupcakes(nut free), ice cream, and decorations.

Candles or sparklers are permitted. 

All party items are to be kept in your designated party room at all times (i.e., loot bags, balloons, food, drinks, gifts, toys, and supplies). You may bring your own decorations. 

Plates, cups, napkins and cutlery are included with all party packages that include food/beverage at no additional cost. You are permitted to bring your own if desired.

 Outside food & drink (other than cake or ice cream), piñatas, outside entertainment (unless previously discussed with management), confetti, glitter/sparkles, slime, face painting, noise makers and alcoholic beverages. While we cannot guarantee to be a nut free space, we do our best to remain diligent and do not allow any nut products within facility. All listed items will be asked to be removed from the facility. We ask that all items within loot bags are not used within facility and only given to guests upon leaving your event. 

We do not require a deposit to secure your reservation. If desired, a deposit of any denomination can be made prior to your party time. The deposit will be applied towards your party total on the day of the party. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time.  

 While we will always try and accommodate when possible, all of our packages are set at minimum guest counts due to size of food orders and staffing ratios. You are welcome to include any number of guests, for example, you have 4 children attend our Monkeying Around package; we will still charge a minimum of 6 children. 12 slices of pizza and juice boxes are included in this package regardless of party size. 

1. SOCKS ONLY FOR ALL GUESTS; Children & Adults (even if not using the equipment). Please communicate this policy to all guests. 
2. Begin to remove your items within the last 15 minutes of the booked timeslot. There is a 5 minute grace period to be out of the party room once the timeslot has ended. Please remove any personal items and clear all tables of garbage/debris at the end of your party. We will do the rest!
3. You will ensure your guests leave the facility after the party timeslot has ended. There is a 10 minute grace period to be signed out. 
4. You will ensure your guests use the play equipment and facility appropriately (staying in age appropriate areas, feet first down slides, no misuse/removal of equip, no disruptive/violent play & related). You and your party guests will respect and follow all Jax Jungle Play rules and polices which are posted in our facility and on our website. 
5. Each parent / guardian will be required to sign the acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability when they arrive with their child.
